文章对《“无废城市”建设试点工作方案的通知》进行了分析,首先对生物质能及特点进行了介绍,接着探讨了“无废城市”的定义及建设意义,分析了建设“无废城市”试点的总要求,最后分析了“无废城市”对生物质能发展的影响因素,包括项目规划选址、产业发展模式、生产运营,以期能为相关人士提供参考。

This paper analyzes the Notice of the Pilot Work Program of “Waste Free City” Construction, first of biomass energy and characteristics are introduced, then discusses the definition of "waste city" and construction significance, analyzes the construction of "waste city" pilot general requirements, finally analyzed the influence factors of "waste city" on the development of biomass energy,including project planning site selection, industrial development mode, production and operation, in order to provide reference for relevant people.
