Our Country Discharge Permit Post-regulatory Issues and Policy Recommendations Explore

本文通过探究我国排污许可证后存在的监管问题,从夯实监管基础、强化支撑体系建设、构建长效机制、加强信息化建设、深化制度衔接和协同管理等方面,提出了全面规范和强化证后监管的对策建议。

In this paper, with study of our country after the existence of pollution permits regulatory issues, and then from tamping the basis of supervision, strengthening the construction of support system, building a long-term mechanism, strengthening the construction of information, deepening the link between the system and collaborative management, and so on, finally, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to standardize and strengthen the post-security supervision.
