《中国形象——全国优秀青年雕塑家作品展》为近年来国内规模较大的一次雕塑展,汇集了青年雕塑家们在主题创作领域的成果。文章分析本次展览作品中有代表性的美学、造型风格、雕塑语言的探索与变化,认为在当下的艺术实践中,更为多元的中西方雕塑语言被有机整合进了主题雕塑创作。尤为突出的是中国传统雕塑语言在多个维度上体现出了新面貌,也一定程度上说明中国当代主题性雕塑创作的活力及更大的可能性。

The Image of China-Exhibition of the Works of National Outstanding Young Sculptors is a large-scale sculpture exhibition in China in recent years,which gathers the achievements of young sculptors in the field of thematic creation.The article analyzes the exploration and change of the representative aesthetics,modeling style and sculpture language in the exhibition works,and believes that in the current art practice,more diversified Chinese and Western sculpture languages are organically integrated into the theme sculpture creation.What is particularly striking is that the Chinese traditional sculpture language reflects a new look in many dimensions,which also shows the vitality and greater possibility of contemporary Chinese thematic sculpture to a certain extent.
