摘要
矿工个体因素对促进煤矿企业安全发展,对减少不安全行为具有重要意义。为探究矿工正念水平对不安全行为的作用机制,构建了包含正念、角色超载、角色宽度自我效能、不安全行为的概念模型;面向山西某智能化示范煤矿的知识型矿工发放问卷收集数据,利用AMOS建立结构方程模型进行实证研究。研究表明:正念、角色宽度自我效能对矿工不安全行为对负向影响,角色超载正向影响不安全行为,角色宽度自我效能水平负向影响角色超载,正念通过角色宽度自我效能、角色超载对不安全行为产生部分中介作用;通过正念训练,可提高矿工自信程度,缓解工作压力,克服角色超载带来的不良情绪,合法合规参与作业,减少不安全行为。
The individual factors of miners are of great significance to promote the safe development of coal mining enterprises and reduce unsafe behaviors.In order to explore the mechanism of miners’mindfulness level on unsafe behavior,a conceptual model including mindfulness,role overload,role width self-efficacy,and unsafe behavior was constructed.Questionnaires were distributed to the knowledge-based miners of an intelligent demonstration coal mine to collect data,and AMOS was used to establish a structural equation model for empirical research.Research shows that:mindfulness and role width self-efficacy have a negative impact on miners’unsafe behavior,role overload positively affects unsafe behavior,role width self-efficacy level negatively affects role overload,and mindfulness has a negative impact on unsafe behavior through role width self-efficacy and role overload.Safety behaviors play a partial mediating role;through mindfulness training,miners can improve their self-confidence,relieve work pressure,overcome the negative emotions caused by role overload,participate in operations legally and compliantly,and reduce unsafe behaviors.
