摘要 目的:探讨信息化技术在医疗设备安全运维管理中的应用价值。方法:分析医疗设备安全运维管理现状,从信息化安全运维管理目标、管理内容和管理路径确立基于信息技术的医疗设备安全运维管理体系。选取医院临床在用的265台医疗设备,分别采用常规化管理模式和信息化管理模式进行医疗设备的安全运维管理,对比两种管理模式在医疗设备的安全运维质量、风险控制效果和事件应急时间的差异。结果:信息化管理模式下的医疗设备开机率和使用操作、日常维护及故障维修合格率分别为(95.76±2.52)%和(93.69±4.45)%、(93.72±4.05)%及(89.76±6.59)%,均高于常规化管理模式,差异有统计学意义(t=3.863,t=3.341,t=4.410,t=4.198;P<0.05);信息化管理模式下的大型医疗设备、临床检验仪器、手术治疗设备、急救设备和重症监护室设备的风险发生率分别为(1.71±1.25)%、(2.23±1.16)%、(2.37±1.06)%、(3.08±1.13)%和(1.43±0.87)%,均低于常规化管理模式,差异有统计学意义(t=2.469,t=3.215,t=4.373,t=3.930,t=4.292;P<0.05);信息化管理模式下的医疗设备用电安全、生物安全、辐射安全、损伤安全和诊疗安全事件的应急时间分别为(2.32±1.39)h、(1.81±0.65)h、(7.94±2.90)h、(1.83±0.62)h和(0.97±0.56)h,均少于常规化管理模式,差异有统计学意义(t=4.212,t=5.356,t=2.194,t=3.734,t=3.216;P<0.05)。结论:信息化管理模式可提高医疗设备安全运维质量,控制医疗设备安全运维风险,提高医疗设备安全风险和不良事件处理效率。 Objective: To explore the application value of information technology in the safety operation and maintenance management of medical equipment. Methods: The status quo of medical equipment safety operation and maintenance management was analyzed, and the medical equipment safety operation and maintenance management system was established based on information technology from the aspects of information safety operation and maintenance management objective, management content and management path. A total of 265 sets of medical equipment in clinical use in hospitals were selected and the conventional management mode and information management mode were adopted respectively to carry our safety operation and maintenance management. The differences in the safety operation and maintenance quality, risk control effect and emergency response time of medical equipment were compared between the two modes. Results: The operating rate of the medical equipment and the passing rate of operation, daily maintenance and failure repair in the information management mode were(95.76±2.52)% and(93.69±4.45)%,(93.72±4.05)%,(89.76±6.59)%, respectively, which were higher than those in the conventional management mode, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.863, t=3.341, t=4.410, t=4.198;P<0.05). The risk incidence rates of large medical equipment, clinical laboratory equipment, surgical treatment equipment, emergency equipment and intensive care unit equipment in the information management mode were(1.71±1.25)%,(2.23±1.16)%,(2.37±1.06)%,(3.08±1.13)%,(1.43±0.87)%, respectively, which were lower than those in the conventional management mode, the difference was statistically significant(t=2.469, t=3.215, t=4.373, t=3.930, t=4.292;P<0.05). The emergency response time of electrical safety, biological safety, radiation safety, injury safety, diagnosis and treatment safety of medical equipment in the information management mode were(2.32±1.39)h,(1.81±0.65)h,(7.94±2.90)h,(1.83±0.62)h and(0.97±0.56)h, which were less those in the conventional management mode, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.212, t=5.356,t=2.194, t=3.734, t=3.216;P<0.05). Conclusion: The information management mode can improve the quality of medical equipment safety operation and maintenance, control the risk of medical equipment safety operation and maintenance,and improve the efficiency of medical equipment safety risk and adverse event handling.
