三维检测技术在立式搅拌磨制造中的应用

摘要 针对立式搅拌磨关键异型件——螺旋搅拌器几何型面复杂、传统手段检测效率低下的问题,基于三维激光扫描仪利用三维检测技术替代传统样箱测量方式,对关键异型件螺旋搅拌器进行检测、分析,为螺旋搅拌器生产及后续衬板装配提供数据支持,最终达到优化生产工艺、提高产品质量的目的。 Aiming at the problems of complex geometric surface and low detection efficiency of traditional methods for the key abnormal parts of vertical stirred mill,i.e.spiral stirrer,three-dimensional detection technology based on three-dimensional laser scanner has been used to replace the traditional sample box measurement method to detect and analyze the key abnormal parts of spiral stirrer,so as to provide data support for the production of spiral stirrer and subsequent liner assembly,and finally the purpose of optimizing production process and improving product quality has been achieved.
