摘要
本文针对电梯运行中的常见故障,对使用罗克韦尔PLC控制的六梯群控模型进行故障自排除系统设计,在RSView SE中完成对触摸屏PanelView端的界面绘制,使用PanelView监控群控电梯的运行状态;并利用Logix5000软件对电梯出现的常见故障编写控制子程序,实现通过“切除故障”子程序达到电梯自动恢复运行,使电梯运行更加安全可靠。
Aiming at the common faults in elevator operation, this paper designs a fault self elimination system for the six elevator group control model controlled by Rockwell PLC, completes the interface drawing of the touch screen PanelView terminal in RSView SE, and uses PanelView to monitor the operation state of the group control elevator;And use Logix5000 software to write control subprograms for common faults of elevators, to achieve automatic recovery of elevator operation through "Fault Removal" subprograms, so that elevator operation is more safe and reliable.
