Realistic Analysis and Logical Prospects on the Effective Connection between Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization

脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴是走向共同富裕的必由之路,实现二者的有效衔接对于缩小城乡发展差距、补齐农村发展短板、促进共同富裕意义重大。文章基于习近平总书记关于脱贫攻坚同乡村振兴有效衔接的重要论述,在深入分析脱贫攻坚同乡村振兴有效衔接的内在逻辑、前置基础、关键挑战的基础上,强调实现二者有效衔接,必须推动产业升级,夯实经济基础;构筑长效机制,巩固脱贫成果;转变思想观念,强化理念衔接;建设宜居乡村,提升幸福水平。

Poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is the only route to common prosperity, and the effective connection between them is of great significance to narrow the gap between urban and rural development, bridge the shortcomings of rural development, and promote common prosperity. Guided by the important statement on the convergence of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, based on an in-depth analysis of the internal logic,antecedent foundation and critical challenges of the convergence, this paper proposes that, in order to realize this connection, it is necessary to promote industrial upgrading and reinforce the economic foundation;build a longacting mechanism and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation;change the mindset and strengthen the conceptual convergence;and build livable villages and enhance the happiness level.
