为了掌握石油化工项目动态质量管理情况,衡量五方责任主体质量管理水平,促进项目质量管理提升,保障石油化工项目建设工程高质量发展,论文根据石油化工项目质量行为监管特点,剖析五方责任主体质量行为监督要点,建立基于质量行为的项目质量评级系统,以定量评分和定性评价的方式进行项目质量评级,对项目质量管理水平和能力进行动态评价,及时掌握项目质量管理动态,提出改进方案,及时纠偏,并给出了相应质量评级对应的处置措施,促进建设工程高质量建设。
