Management Research on Improving the Construction Quality of Prefabricated Buildings

装配式建筑是把工厂化生产的预制构件运输到工程建设地点、再经组装而成的建筑。因其主要采用模块化的设计、标准化的施工,从而节省了大量的人力和建筑材料,在节能环保、缩短工期等方面有着天然的优势。但预制构件在生产中会有一定的尺寸偏差,施工中也会存在人为误差,这些都会引起施工质量问题。本文从施工工艺、工序质量控制等方面进行分析,总结了装配式建筑的施工技术要点,旨在明确装配式建筑的质量控制要素。

A prefabricated building is a building that transports factory-produced prefabricated components to the construction site and then assembles them. Because it mainly adopts modular design and standardized construction,it saves a lot of manpower and building materials,and has natural advantages in energy saving,environmental protection and shortening construction period. However,there will be certain dimensional deviations in the production of prefabricated components,and there will be human errors in the construction,which will cause construction quality problems. This paper analyzes the construction technology,process quality control and other aspects,summarizes the construction technical points of prefabricated buildings,and aims to clarify the quality control elements of prefabricated buildings.
