在我国经济技术快速发展的背景下,装配式钢结构建筑凭借其施工速度快和绿色环保等优势在建筑行业被逐步应用推广。但目前装配式钢结构建筑在施工安全管理方面还存在很多问题,若发挥装配式钢结构的最大优势,高质量地完成工程项目,施工过程中的安全管理工作不容小觑。本文主要分析装配式钢结构建筑工程管理难点及在施工过程中存在的主要风险源,从钢结构防火风险管理、吊装风险管理、高空坠落预防等方面阐述风险防范措施,进而实现施工过程中的安全精细化管理。

Under the background of China’s rapid economic and technological development,prefabricated steel structure building is gradually applied and popularized in the construction industry by virtue of its advantages of fast construction speed and green environmental protection. But at present,there are still many problems in the construction safety management of prefabricated steel structure buildings. If the greatest advantage of prefabricated steel structure is played and the project is completed with high quality,the safety management work in the construction process can not be underestimated. This paper mainly analyzes the difficulties in assembling steel structure construction project management and the main risk sources existing in the construction process,expounds the risk prevention measures from the aspects of steel structure fire prevention risk management,lifting risk management,high fall prevention,and so on,and then realizes the safety and fine management in the construction process.
