基于浅埋暗挖法施工隧道时地层注浆加固范围研究

摘要 浅埋暗挖法由于有着拆迁工作少、占地少、扰民少、污染城市环境少等优点,在城市隧道施工中得到了广泛应用。但在复杂地质条件下的隧道施工中使用该工法时,需要对地层加固注浆以确保地面建筑物、构筑物等的使用安全。通过对某双线电力隧道下穿既有铁路采用浅埋暗挖法施工时不同地层注浆范围的研究,得到不同注浆加固范围与铁路路基变形效果之间的关系,从而根据铁轨沉降变形的控制目标,综合考虑施工成本、工期等要求,选择合适的注浆范围,在满足铁路运行安全和施工安全的同时,也能降低施工成本。 Shallow mining method has been widely used in urban tunnel construction due to its advantages of less demolition work,less land occupation,less disturbance to residents,and less pollution to the urban environment. However,for tunnel construction under complex geological conditions,when using this method,it is necessary to reinforce the stratum by grouting to ensure the safe use of ground buildings and structures. Through the research on the grouting range of different strata when a two-line power tunnel passes through the existing railway using shallow mining method,the relationship between the different grouting reinforcement ranges and the deformation effect of the railway subgrade is obtained,thus,according to the control target of rail settlement and deformation,the appropriate grouting range is selected,taking into account the construction cost,duration and other requirements. It can not only meet the safety of railway operation and construction,but also reduce the construction cost.
