电动自行车上牌与骑行者危险骑行行为和交通事故风险的关联分析:网络调查 被引量:2

Association between Registration of Electric Bike(E-Bike)with Riders’Dangerous Riding Behaviors and Traffic Accidents Risk:an Online Survey

摘要 目的了解电动自行车上牌情况与骑行者出现危险骑行行为及发生交通事故风险的关联,为提升道路交通安全提供参考。方法于2022年3月开展网上问卷调查,收集电动自行车骑行者的基本情况、11种危险骑行行为和交通事故/临近交通事故发生情况。采用多因素logistic回归分析上牌与危险骑行行为、上牌与交通事故/临近交通事故发生风险间的关系。结果共调查490名以骑行私家电动自行车为主要出行方式的人员,其中已上牌者441人(占90.00%)。在11种危险骑行行为中,占用行人专用道、与同行者交谈和车速过快的发生率最高,分别为58.37%、57.35%和56.33%。近1个月内,电动自行车骑行人员的交通事故/临近交通事故发生率为15.71%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,仅车速过快(OR=0.411,95%CI:0.205,0.824)、占用中央机动车道(OR=0.415,95%CI:0.215,0.801)、占用行人专用道(OR=0.473,95%CI:0.238,0.939)和未佩戴头盔(OR=0.430,95%CI:0.220,0.840)4种危险行为与电动自行车上牌存在统计学关联(P<0.05),电动自行车上牌与以上4种危险行为发生相关。结论电动自行车骑行人员的危险骑行行为高发,电动自行车上牌与部分危险行为发生率低有关,建议在全国推广电动自行车上牌政策。 Objective To report associations between electric bike(e-bike)registration with dangerous riding behaviors and risk of traffic crash among e-bike riders,and to provide reference for promoting road traffic safety.Methods An online survey was conducted in March 2022 to collect data of basic characteristics of e-bike riders,such as eleven types of dangerous riding behaviors,and incidence of crash/near-crash.Multivariable logistic regression was used to examine associations between e-bike registration with dangerous riding behaviors and with incidence of crash/near-crash.Results A total of 490 private e-bike riders were surveyed,with 441(90.00%)of them who had registered their e-bikes.Among the eleven types of dangerous riding behaviors,occupying pedestrian lanes,talking with companions,and speed riding were most prevalent,with incidence rates of 58.37%,57.35%,and 56.33%,respectively.The incidence of crash/near-crash among e-bike riders was 15.71%during the past one month.Results from multivariable logistic regression analyses showed that correlations of e-bike registration with dangerous riding behaviors and risk of traffic crash among e-bike riders were only statistically significant for specific riding behaviors,including speed riding(OR=0.411,95%CI:0.205,0.824),occupying motorways(OR=0.415,95%CI:0.215,0.801),occupying pedestrian lanes(OR=0.473,95%CI:0.238,0.939),and not wearing a helmet(OR=0.430,95%CI:0.220,0.840),P<0.05.Registration of e-bike was associated with the occurrence of the four kinds of dangerous riding behaviors.Conclusions Dangerous riding behaviors of e-bike riders were prevalent and registration of e-bike was associated with a low incidence of some dangerous riding behaviors.Thus,we recommend generalizing the registration policy of e-bike nationwide.
