髋关节保护器的应用现状及其保护效果影响因素的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 跌倒是全世界老年人群中常见的公共卫生问题。跌倒的危害极大,会造成包括髋部骨折在内的一系列不良的健康后果,同时大多数髋部骨折也是由跌倒引起。跌倒及其所导致的髋部骨折带来极大健康负担。相关研究已证实,老年人群使用髋关节保护器是预防其髋部骨折的有效措施,但也存在一些影响其保护效果的因素。本文概述并总结了老年人群髋关节保护器的应用现状及影响其保护效果的因素,旨在为老年人群跌倒预防工作提供新思路。 Fall is a common public health concern among elderlies worldwide and can cause serious health consequences.Specifically,most hip fractures are caused by falls.Consequently,falls and hip fractures bring a remarkable burden to patients as well as to the society.Wearing hip protectors is an effective strategy to prevent hip fractures,but there are some barriers which hinder their effectiveness.This paper reviews and updates the current evidence and factors such as flooring materials that influence the effectiveness of hip protectors and to provide new strategy for falls prevention in the elderlies.
