摘要 面向医院智能终端的可用性问题,具体探讨了信息架构深度对老年人操作绩效和过程的影响。通过不同类型医院的实地调研和访谈,发现医院智能终端的可用性问题多与信息架构相关,因此设计了以信息架构深度为自变量的单因素组内实验,研发了实验原型任务平台,并招募了11名老年人开展了实验研究。实验采集了老年人在架构深度为2、4、6、8共4个不同任务下的完成时间、错误率、方向迷失等指标,并采用Kruskal-Wallis非参数检验对实验数据结果进行分析。结果表明:信息架构深度显著影响任务完成时间,老年人使用医院智能终端时会出现方向迷失、无效点击的情况。研究结果可为医院智能终端信息架构设计提供理论参考。 Aiming at the usability problems of hospital smart terminals,the impact of information architecture depth on the operational performance and process of the elderly was specifically explored.Through field research and interviews in different types of hospitals,it was found that the usability problems of hospital smart terminals are mostly related to information architecture.Therefore,a single-factor within-group experiment with information architecture depth as the independent variable was designed,an experimental prototype task platform was developed,and 11 elderly people were recruited to conduct the experimental study.The completion time,error rate,and disorientation of the elderly were collected under four different tasks with the architecture depth of 2,4,6 and 8,and the results of the experimental data were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric test.The results show that the depth of information architecture significantly affects the task completion time,and the elderly people will experience disorientation and invalid clicks when using the hospital intelligent terminal.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the design of information architecture of hospital intelligent terminals.
