摘要
地质聚合物具有强度高、固化快等特点,作为新型无机胶凝材料在人造板制备中具有巨大的应用潜力。以玉米秸秆皮碎料为原料,偏高岭土基地质聚合物为胶黏剂,均匀组坯后经热压制备地质聚合物-玉米秸秆皮复合碎料板,重点探究了热压时间、热压温度、施胶量及密度对板材力学、耐水、导热及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:当热压时间为120 s/mm、热压温度为170℃、密度为0.9 g/cm^(3)、施胶量为40%时,所得板材静曲强度、弹性模量、内结合强度分别达到9.20、1902.50、0.36 MPa,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率达到24.2%,烟密度等级(SDR)达到12.46,静曲强度和内结合强度符合GB/T 24312—2009《水泥刨花板》中合格品要求。
As a new type of inorganic cementitious material,geopolymer has the characteristics of high strength and fast curing,and has great potential in straw wood-based panel preparation.In this study,the geopolymerbased corn stalk husk particleboard was prepared by hot pressing with corn straw husk as raw material and metakaolin based geopolymer as adhesive.The effect of hot pressing time,hot pressing temperature,sizing amount and density on the mechanical properties,water resistance,thermal conductivity and flame retardant properties of the corn stalk husk particleboard were investigated by single factor experiments.The results showed that when the hot pressing time was 120 s/mm,the hot pressing temperature was 170℃,the density was 0.9 g/cm^(3),and the sizing amount was 40%,the MOR was 9.20 MPa,MOE was 1902.50 MPa,IB was 0.36 MPa,24 h water absorption thickness expansion rate was 24.2%,smoke density grade(SDR)reached 12.46.For the obtained composites,MOR and IB could reach the standard of qualified products in GB/T 24312-2009"Cement bonded particleboard".
