摘要
低成本、快速地制定出灵敏的抽样检验方案,能在家具产品进行质量检验时有效降低检测成本,达到提高经济效益的目的。鉴于此,提出了抽样特性曲线的一种新的评价指标——下降弧评价指标。运用仿真软件对该评价方法进行验证,仿真结果表明:以下降弧为指标的抽样特性评价方法是可行并且有效的。该评价方法兼具灵敏性与经济性,进一步丰富了评价抽样特性曲线时可供选取的指标。
A sensitive sampling inspection plan can be developed quickly and at low cost, which can effectively reduce the inspection cost and improve the economic benefit when the furniture product is inspected for quality.Taking this as the goal, a new evaluation index of sampling characteristic curve-the descending arc evaluation index was proposed. The evaluation method was verified by simulation software, and the simulation results showed that the evaluation method of sampling characteristics with the descending arc as the index was feasible and effective. The evaluation method had both sensitivity and economy, and further enriched the indicators that can be selected when evaluating the sampling characteristic curve.
