坚持维护以国际法为基础的国际秩序、以联合国为核心的国际体系,是国际社会的共识。我国是世界大国,在国际上具有举足轻重的地位,遵守国际法、维护国际法、促进新国际规则和制度的形成和发展,是我国应尽的国际责任,也是我国构建人类命运共同体的使命。加强国际法学科群建设,不仅必要而且可行,需要采取强有力战略、策略和举措加以推进。我国国际法学科建设任务道远,需要法学界、法律界和外事、外交、国防等部门共同努力,找出国际法学科群建设滞后的深层次原因,明确主攻方向,有计划有步骤地开展国际法学科群建设,不断将国际法理论和实践推向新的高度。

China is a world power and has a decisive international status in the world, and abiding by international law, safeguarding international law, and promoting the formation and development of new international rules and systems are the international responsibilities that our country should fulfill,and it is also the mission of our country to build a community with a shared future for mankind. Strengthening the discipline cluster of international law is not only necessary but also feasible,but also requires strong strategies,tactics and initiatives to promote it. The task of building the discipline of international law in China is a long way off,and it is necessary for the legal circles,legal circles,foreign affairs,foreign trade,national defense and other departments to make joint efforts to find out in depth the deep-seated reasons for the lag in the construction of the international law discipline group, carry out the construction of the international law discipline group in a planned and step-by-step manner,and constantly push the theory and practice of international law to a new height.
