摘要
以安康某水电站航测项目和西安高新区储备土地航测项目为例,通过应用三维数字地球系统,结合航线规划和倾斜摄影模型数据演示方面的一些实际需求,探索提高无人机航测效率的方法与演示三维模型的新型应用场景。结果表明:在航测规划阶段,三维视角下使用淹没分析和剖面分析,将淹没和剖面的概念转化为飞行航高的问题,可以直观有效的实现作业航高的精准测定,既保证了复杂地形下的作业安全,又权衡了作业精度的取舍问题;针对倾斜摄影三维模型数据成果,采用三维数字地球系统进行演示和编辑,既可以实现数据成果与谷歌地球三维地形的链接,也为项目展示、规划等工作提供了高效便捷的解决方案。
Taking the aerial survey project of a hydropower station in Ankang and the aerial survey project of reserved land in Xi’an High-tech Zone as examples, this paper explores the method of improving the efficiency of aerial survey by UAV and the new application scenarios of 3 D model demonstration by applying 3 D digital earth system and combining with some practical requirements of route planning and tilt photography model data demonstration. Results show that: in the aerial planning stage, the three dimensional perspective using submerged and profile analysis, will flood and concept of section is converted into the problem of high flight navigation, can be directly the realization of the effective operation of high precision measurement, not only ensure the operation safety of complex terrain, and weigh the operation accuracy of trade-off problem.The 3 D digital earth system is used to demonstrate and edit the 3 D model data results of oblique photography, which can not only realize the link between the data results and the 3 D terrain of Google Earth, but also provide an efficient and convenient solution for project display and planning.
