中国民族民间舞的学科建设及人才培养研究

The Exploration of the Discipline Construction of Chinese Ethnic and Folk Dance and the Research onTalent Cultivation

中国民族民间舞学科与传统民间舞蹈是自然天成的继承关系,具有生活化、世俗化的特点。但是,随着时代的变化和国家教育教学改革的要求,学科依然需要更加系统化和科学化的建设发展,这也是全面推进文化传承和培养创新人才的重要保证。在梳理我国自近代以来民族民间舞学科建设现状基础上,认为现在的学科建设以表演专业为主,存在着舞蹈理论欠缺、学生综合素质欠佳、教师学术基础薄弱、专业教育教材有限的困境。要从强化价值引领、促进专业优化、创新教学模式方面对中国民族民间舞学科教学进行改革,“由破而立,破中显立”,彰显民族民间舞的时代朝气。

The discipline of Chinese folk dance and traditional folk dance are inherited from nature with the characteristics of life-like and secularization.However,with the changes of the times and the requirements of national education and teaching reform,the discipline still needs to be constructed and developed in a more systematic and scientific way,which is also an important guarantee for comprehensively promoting cultural inheritance and training innovative talents.On the basis of summarizing the present situation of the discipline construction of Chinese folk dance since modern times,this paper points out that the discipline construction of Chinese folk dance is dominated by performance major,and there are some difficulties such as lack of dance theory,poor comprehensive quality of students,weak academic foundation of teachers and limited teaching materials for professional education.It is necessary to reform the teaching of Chinese folk dance by strengthening the guidance of value,promoting the optimization of specialties and innovating the teaching mode,so as to highlight the vitality of The Times of Chinese folk dance.
