摘要
基于成果导向的教学设计和实施始终是课程教学改革的“最后一公里”难题之一。以《观赏树木学》课程教学实践为例,将课程目标的达成度作为课程教学出发点和落脚点,通过优化教学内容,搭建线上学习资源平台,厘清线上学习与线下教学的关系;充分利用学习通信息化教学工具进行辅助教学,构建线上和线下互动课堂的翻转课堂教学模式,实现“以教师为中心”转变为“以学生为中心”的教学理念的改变;构建并探索成果导向的评价方案,使其能够更好地促进学生自主学习。结果表明,通过改革,观赏树木学课程目标达成度达到100%,学生应用知识解决实际问题的能力大大提高。基于成果导向的翻转课堂教学改革有效破解课程教学“最后一公里”难题。
The teaching design and implementation based on outcome based education is always one of the"last ki-lometer"problems of curriculum teaching reform.Taking the teaching practice of ornamental dendrology as an example,the degree of achievement of the curriculum objectives is taken as the starting point and the objective of the course teaching,and the relationship between online learning and offline teaching is clarified by optimizing the teaching content to build an online learning resource platform;Making full use of information-based teaching tools such as learning communication to assist teaching;Building a flipped classroom teaching mode of online and offline interactive classes,and realizing the change of teaching concept from"teacher centered"to"student centered";The outcome based education evaluation scheme is constructed and explored to better promote students′autonomous learning.The results show that through the reform,the degree of achievement of the objectives of the ornamental dendrology curriculum has reached 100%,and the ability of the students to apply knowledge to solve practical problems has been greatly improved.The flipped classroom teaching reform based on outcome based education has effectively solved the"last kilometer"problem of curriculum teaching.
