做好国有自然资源资产报告工作,是贯彻落实党中央加强人大国有资产监督职能重要决策部署的客观需要,是加强国有自然资源资产管理和治理的重要举措。文章总结了2018年以来在建立国有自然资源资产报告工作机制、完善报告体系、落实审议意见等方面取得的积极进展,对比目标要求,指出当前国有自然资源资产报告工作仍存在报告制度亟待建立健全、报告范围还需进一步明晰、报告内容仍需丰富完善、报表和评价指标体系还需建立健全、工作基础还需进一步夯实等不足,并针对性地提出准确把握报告定位、建立健全报告制度、丰富完善报告体系、夯实相关工作基础等措施建议。
