低频电刺激在脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍治疗中的应用

Application of Low Frequency Electrical Stimulation in the Treatment of Limb Motor Dysfunction after Stroke

脑卒中患者常遗留肢体运动功能障碍,不仅影响患者的日常生活能力,还给社会带来沉重负担。低频电刺激自上世纪80年代开始逐渐用于脑卒中后的肢体功能康复,具有缓解痉挛,提高运动功能的作用,但是当前临床中对不同种类低频电刺激的应用较为混乱。本文对不同低频电刺激疗法的常用参数、功用及研究进展进行总结,旨在为临床应用提供一定参考。

Patients with stroke are often left with limb movement dysfunction,which not only affects the patient’s ability to function in daily life,but also places a heavy burden on society.Since the 1980s,low-frequency electrical stimulation has been gradually used in post-stroke limb function rehabilitation to relieve spasticity and improve motor function,but the current clinical application of different types of low-frequency electrical stimulation is confusing.The article summarizes the common parameters,utilities and research progress of different low-frequency electrical stimulation therapies,aiming to provide some reference for clini⁃cal application.
