时效性激励护理模式在下消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Time-sensitive Incentive Nursing Model in Nursing of Patients with Lower Gastro⁃intestinal Bleeding

目的:探讨时效性激励护理模式在下消化道出血患者护理中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年12月佳木斯市中心医院收治的103例下消化道出血患者的临床资料,按照护理干预方法不同分为对照组51例和观察组52例。对照组采用常规护理进行干预,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上采用时效性激励护理模式进行干预。比较两组患者治疗依从性、生活质量[生活质量量表(SF-36)评分]、随访[治疗后3个月再出血、并发症及死亡]情况。结果:干预3个月后,观察组治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.118,P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者SF-36量表中各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.413、1.994、4.147、3.397、2.671、4.351、4.483、2.816,P<0.05)。观察组再出血、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.007、5.053,P<0.05),两组患者死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.364,P>0.05)。结论:采用时效性激励护理模式对下消化道出血患者进行护理,能够有效提高患者治疗依从性,降低并发症和再出血的发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of the time-sensitive incentive nursing model in the nursing of patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:The clinical data of 103 patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group of 51 cases and observation group of 52 cases according to different nursing intervention methods.The control group was intervened by routine nursing,and the observation group was intervened by the time-effective incentive nursing mode based on the routine nursing of the control group.The treatment compliance rate,quality of life(quality of life scale[SF-36]score),and follow-up(rebleeding,complications and death after 3 months of treatment)were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the treatment compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.118,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension in the SF-36 scale of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.413,1.994,4.147,3.397,2.671,4.351,4.483,2.816,P<0.05).The incidence of rebleeding and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.007,5.053,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in mortality between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.364,P>0.05).Conclusion:Nursing patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve treatment compliance,reduce the occurrence of complications and rebleeding,and improve the quality of life of patients by using the time-sensitive incentive nursing model.
