隔盐隔姜灸联合电刺激治疗对铥激光前列腺剜除术患者术后尿失禁的影响

Effect of Salt-separated Ginger Moxibustion Combined with Electrical Stimulation Therapy on Postoperative Uri⁃nary Incontinence in Patients with Thulium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate

目的:探究隔盐隔姜灸联合电刺激治疗对铥激光前列腺剜除术患者术后尿失禁的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的90例铥激光前列腺剜除术患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加以隔盐隔姜灸联合电刺激治疗。比较两组患者控尿功能及尿失禁症状。结果:观察组患者控尿功能恢复有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05)。观察组患者尿失禁症状评分为(2.53±0.81)分、尿失禁持续时间为(3.29±1.62)d,显著低于对照组的(4.08±0.69)分、(5.43±1.49)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.772,6.522,P<0.05)。结论:隔盐隔姜灸联合电刺激治疗铥激光前列腺剜除术后尿失禁患者,能够有效缓解尿失禁症状,促进控尿功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of salt-separated ginger moxibustion combined with electrical stimulation on postop⁃erative urinary incontinence in patients undergoing thulium laser prostatectomy.Methods:A total of 90 patients undergoing thuli⁃um laser enucleation of the prostate from January 2019 to June 2020 in the hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received salt-separated ginger moxibustion combined with electrical stimulation on the basis of routine nursing.Continence function and urinary incontinence symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of urinary continence recovery in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05).The urinary incontinence symptom score of the observation group was(2.53±0.81)points,and the duration of urinary incontinence was(3.29±1.62)d,significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.772,6.522,P<0.05).Conclusion:Salt and ginger moxibustion combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of urinary incontinence patients after thulium laser enucleation of the prostate can effectively relieve urinary incontinence symptoms and promote the recovery of urinary continence function.
