胰岛素非注射给药途径的研究进展

Research progress of non-injectable route of insulin administration

目的 提高糖尿病患者的顺应性,为糖尿病治疗药物的研究与开发提供参考。方法参考国内外相关文献,并对相关文献进行归纳、分析、总结。结果 在近些年来,胰岛素非注射给药途径发展迅速,在口服、经皮、黏膜等给药途径中,都存在着重大的研究成果。结论胰岛素非注射给药途径可以实现,在未来糖尿病临床应用上会发挥更大的作用。

Objective To improve the compliance of diabetic patients, and to provide reference for the research and development of diabetes treatment drugs. Methods The relevant domestic and foreign documents were referred, summarized and analyzed. Results In recent years, the non-injection routes of insulin administration have developed rapidly, and there are significant research results in oral,transdermal, and mucosal administration routes. Conclusion The non-injection administration route of insulin can be realized, and it will play a greater role in the clinical application of diabetes in the future.
