企业数字化转型研究的文献综述

Literature Review of Enterprise Digital Transformation Research

新一代信息技术浪潮推动社会经济生活各个领域全方位、全链条数字化转型,关于数字化转型的理论研究竞相涌现,在总体上呈现出理论滞后于实践的特征。本文聚焦数字技术变革对企业数字化转型的影响,力图推进学术互鉴交流,以及丰富中国特色数字经济理论体系。通过对国外相关主题文献的梳理,本文首先明确了数字化转型的定义;然后,以此为逻辑起点,以“研究视角—研究框架—研究主题”为主要框架,阐释企业数字化转型的核心内涵,廓清企业数字化转型的分析框架,以及探索企业数字化的主要作用范围;最后,本文讨论了企业数字化转型的未来研究方向。

The wave of a new generation of information technology promotes all-round and full-chain digital transformation in all fields of social and economic life.Theoretical research on digital transformation emerges one after another,showing the characteristic that theory lags behind practice in general.This paper focuses on the impact of digital technological changes on the digital transformation of enterprises,and strives to promote academic mutual learning and exchanges,and enrich the theoretical system of digital economy with Chinese characteristics.By sorting out relevant foreign literature on the subject,the article first clarifies the definition of digital transformation,and then taking it as a logical starting point,and taking"research perspective-research framework-function mechanism"as the main framework,it explains the core connotation of enterprise digital transformation,clarifying enterprise digitalization analytical framework for transformation,as well as exploring the main scope of business digitization.Finally,this paper discusses future research directions for enterprise digital transformation.
