摘要
电梯在制动过程中的滑移量是衡量电梯制动安全性的重要指标。为了解决对电梯制动滑移量监测精度差、难度高的不足,提出了一种新的电梯制动曳引钢丝绳滑移智能检测技术,利用高速摄像装置对电梯制动时的运行情况进行监测,结合图像识别算法,实现对纹理变化周期监测。实际应用表明,新的监测技术的监测精度达到了±4mm,为提升电梯制动安全性评估精确性奠定了基础。
Elevator slip in the braking process is an important index to measure the safety of elevator braking.In order to solve the shortcomings of poor accuracy and high difficulty in monitoring the slip of elevator braking,a new intelligent detection technology of elevator braking traction wire rope slip is proposed.The operation of elevator braking is monitored by high-speed camera device,and the periodic monitoring of texture change is realized by combining image recognition algorithm.According to the actual application,the monitoring accuracy of the new monitoring technology has reached±4mm,laying a foundation for improving the accuracy of elevator braking safety evaluation.
