事业单位在我国社会的发展和建设方面起着非常重要的作用,而档案管理工作作为事业单位人事管理工作的一部分,其对于事业单位内部管理来说也是非常重要的。近几年,随着科学技术的快速发展,事业单位档案管理工作逐渐朝着规范化、标准化的方向发展。但是,在事业单位档案管理工作实际开展过程中,其规范化和标准化管理还存在一些问题。基于此,本文主要针对事业单位档案管理工作规范化和标准化的有效性进行了研究。

Public institutions play a very important role in the development and construction of our society.As an important material for personnel transfer in public institutions,archives management is also very important for the internal management of public institutions.In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the archives management of public institutions is gradually developing towards standardization and standardization.However,there are still some problems in the normalization and standardization of archives management in public institutions.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the effectiveness of normalization and standardization of archives management in public institutions.
