摘要
对发电企业而言,二氧化硅所带来的问题主要体现在两个方面:一是加快发电设备磨损速度,致使叶盘、喷嘴等构件出现严重损坏;二是传热管内堆积大量二氧化硅,不仅传热效率会受到影响,还会引起管道破裂等问题。本文便以此为背景,围绕检测发电用水所含二氧化硅这一课题展开了讨论,首先,介绍了现有检测方法及不足;其次,提出将ICP用于水质检测的设想,并对检测要点进行了分析,内容涉及检测仪器、标液制备方法等方面;最后,对技术方案进行了总结,并对该方案所能取得的推广效益进行了说明。
For power generation enterprises,the problems brought by silica are mainly reflected in two aspects.The first one is to speed up the wear speed of power generation equipment,resulting in serious damage to the leaf disc,nozzle and other components.The second is a large amount of silica accumulated in the heat transfer pipe,not only heat transfer efficiency will be affected,but also cause pipe rupture and other problems.Based on this background,this paper discusses the topic of detecting silica in power generation water.First,it introduces the existing detection methods and their shortcomings.Second,it puts forward the idea of using ICP for water quality detection,and analyzes the key points of detection,including detection instruments,standard solution preparation methods,etc.Finally,it summarizes the technical scheme,and explains the promotion benefits of the scheme.
