摘要
对TiAlNb合金的真空熔炼工艺进行研究。通过对熔炼电流、熔炼电压、伺服调节、稳弧电流、循环冷却等参数进行优化设计,制定出合理的工艺方案。经过生产实践验证,工艺方案可行并取得良好的应用效果。
The vacuum melting process of TiAlNb alloy was studied. By optimizing the parameters such as smelting current, smelting voltage, servo adjustment, stable arc current and circulating cooling, a reasonable process plan was formulated. After production practice verification, the process plan is feasible and has achieved good application results.
