摘要
针对铝合金搅拌摩擦焊后滚压装置存在的不足,引入柔性滚压工艺,用内置弹簧的柔性轴柄代替原有的刚性轴柄,增加滚压装置的柔性,并开展工艺验证。试验结果表明:柔性滚压装置结构合理可行,与刚性滚压工艺相比,柔性滚压具有滚压过程稳定、效率高和接头性能好等特点。柔性滚压力波动值仅是刚性滚压的1/10,滚压过程更稳定;柔性滚压用时是刚性滚压的51.7%。柔性滚压和刚性滚压的焊接接头经目视检验、X射线检验均满足I级焊缝标准,但柔性滚压接头的抗拉强度均略高于刚性滚压接头。
The flexible rolling process was introduced in view of the shortcomings of rolling device after friction stir welding of aluminum alloy. The flexible shaft handle with a built-in spring was used to replace the original rigid shaft handle to increase the flexibility of rolling device, and the process verification was carried out. The experimental results show that the structure of flexible rolling device is reasonable and feasible. Compared with the rigid rolling process, the flexible rolling process has the characteristics of stable rolling process, high efficiency and good joint performance. The fluctuation value of flexible rolling pressure is only 1/10 of that of rigid rolling, and the flexible rolling process is more stable, the flexible rolling time is 51.7% of the rigid rolling time. Through the visual inspection and X-ray inspection, the flexible and rigid rolling joints meet the standards of grade I, but the tensile strength of the flexible rolling joint is slightly higher than that of the rigid rolling joint.
