使用φ6.5mm LS钢线材盘卷生产φ3.2mm冷拔丝的缺陷分析

摘要 在使用φ6.5mm LS钢线材盘卷加工φ3.2mm的冷拔丝的过程中,冷拔丝上出现裂纹及拔断现象,对其缺陷进行了分析。原因是:高线轧制时控制冷却的速度过快;炼钢钢水包精炼时浮渣未除干净,P、S未脱到下限,连铸坯有晶内偏析、微裂纹。针对缺陷产生的原因,在钢水精炼时应严格去除P、S到下限,合理控制高线精轧后的冷却速度。 The crack and break phenomenon occurred on the cold drawing wire process of φ6.5mm LS steel wire coil to φ3.2mm cold drawing wire. The defects were analyzed. The reasons are that the speed of controlling cooling is too fast when high-line rolling;during the refining of steel-making ladle, the scum is not removed, the P and S is not removed to the lower limit, and the continuous casting billet has internal segregation and microcracks. According to the causes of defects, the P and S should be strictly removed to the lower limit in molten steel refining, and the cooling rate after high wire finishing rolling should be reasonably controlled.
