摘要
沁阳市丹西灌区农业综合开发节水配套改造工程建设项目,是沁阳市为落实中共中央2011年1号文件,水利部及河南省水利厅要求,适应经济社会发展和水资源供求状况,解决当前和今后一个时期水资源开发、利用、治理、配置等重大问题,对直接为农业和农村服务的灌排骨干工程进行续建配套和节水改造,结合沁阳市农业综合开发规划而确定的一项重点中型灌区项目。文章重点围绕该项目开展了深入研究分析,首先,对丹西中型灌区现状进行了简单的介绍,阐述了加强该灌区节水改造的必要性与紧迫性,随后,系统分析了该灌区内,存在的一些问题,最后着重从干渠防渗加固设计改造、渡槽工程设计等方面入手,提出了一些设计内容,希望能够为相关研究提供一定的参考。
The construction project of water-saving supporting reconstruction project for agricultural comprehensive development in Danxi Irrigation District of Qinyang City is to implement the requirements of the CPC Central Committee Document No. 1 in 2011, the Ministry of Water Resources and the Department of Water Resources of Henan Province, adapt to the economic and social development and the supply and demand of water resources, and solve the major problems of water resources development, utilization, governance, and allocation at present and in the future. It is a key medium-sized irrigation area project determined by combining the comprehensive agricultural development planning of Qinyang City with the continued supporting and water-saving transformation of the backbone irrigation and drainage projects that directly serve agriculture and rural areas.This article focuses on in-depth research and analysis on this project. First, it briefly introduces the current situation of the Danxi medium-sized irrigation area, and expounds the necessity and urgency of strengthening the water-saving transformation of the irrigation area. Then, it systematically analyzes the irrigation area, some existing problems, and finally focus on the main canal anti-seepage reinforcement design and reconstruction, aqueduct engineering design and other aspects, and put forward some design content, hoping to provide some reference for related research.
