摘要
以南水北调鹤壁段Ⅰ标工程为例,对于水利工程掏砂洞分布情况,支洞诸多且相互贯通,错综复杂,呈现出蜘蛛网状,并且伴随沉降、开裂等施工特点,为了保证施工安全,需要做好施工现场勘察工作,通过洞内外观测、人工开挖、固结灌浆等施工工艺,保证水利工程施工工作顺利完成。采用固结灌浆施工,可以应用于大型溶洞、土洞、空穴等的充填,岩土裂隙的灌浆防渗,大型垃圾场、大型矿山边坡的帷幕灌浆,铁路、公路工程下伏小型采空区的勘察和治理,应用范围广阔。希望能够给类似工程施工建设提供一些参考。
Taking the first bid project of the Hebi Section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as an example, for the distribution of sand excavation caves in the water conservancy project, there are many interconnected adits, which are complex,showing a spider web, accompanied by settlement, cracking and other construction characteristics. In order to ensure construction safety, it is necessary to do a good job in the construction site survey, through the construction techniques such as observation inside and outside the cave, manual excavation, consolidation grouting, etc., to ensure the smooth completion of the construction of the water conservancy project. The use of consolidation grouting construction can be applied to the filling of large karst caves, soil caves,cavities, etc. It has a wide range of applications, such as filling of rock and soil cracks, grouting and anti-seepage of rock and soil fissures, curtain grouting of large garbage dumps and large mine slopes, and investigation and management of small goafs underlying railway and highway projects. Hope it can provide some reference for the construction of similar projects.
