摘要
南水北调鹤壁段施工Ⅰ标渠道渠道全长11 km,均为明渠,全渠段全部采用复合土工膜进行防渗。在施工过程中,难免由于人为及其他客观原因导致复合土工膜破损、多次充气检测不合格等情况。若处理不好,复合土工膜将达不到设计要求的防渗作用,将给渠道的防渗性能、使用寿命及建成通水带来极大安全隐患,因此在施工过程中推行KS热熔胶粘接补强工艺,一方面节约了施工成本,另一方面将促进渠道衬砌施工进度的推进,这对后期渠道通水运行安全提供保障。通过此工艺施工,破损或充气检测不合格的复合土工膜采用KS热熔胶粘接后各指标均满足设计要求,尤其对难修补的特殊部位也易于掌握施工,可以用于类似工程施工参考和借鉴。
The total length of the channel of section I of Hebi section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is 11km, all of which are open channels, and the whole channel section adopts composite geomembrane for seepage prevention. During the construction process, it is inevitable that the composite geomembrane is damaged and fails to pass many inflation tests due to human and other objective reasons. If it is not handled well, the composite geomembrane will not meet the anti-seepage effect required by the design, and will bring great safety hazards to the anti-seepage performance, service life and water supply of the channel. Therefore, the implementation of KS hot melt adhesive bonding and reinforcement process during the construction process saves the construction cost on the one hand, and promote the progress of the channel lining construction on the other hand, which will provide guarantee for the safety of channel water operation in the later stage. Through this process,the composite geomembrane that is damaged or fails to pass the inflation test can meet the design requirements after being bonded with KS hot melt adhesive. Especially for the special parts that are difficult to repair, it is easy to master the construction, which can be used for reference in the construction of similar projects.
