摘要
针对山区水库库区地形起伏大、植被覆盖茂密、机载LiDAR点云数据处理难以获取地表信息等问题,提出基于高精度DEM等值线自动提取辅以人机交互干预的特征线提取方法。此方法首先对点云数据PTD自动滤波、Kriging插值,构建库区高精度DEM,并采用平面与DEM求交方法提取出水库管理与保护范围线,然后利用改进的Bezier函数法对等值线拟合,得到准确、平滑的管理与保护范围线。经在鹤壁市盘石头水库管理与保护范围划定项目中应用表明,精度符合水库划界规范要求。
In view of the problems of large topographic relief,dense vegetation coverage and difficulty in obtaining surface information from airborne LiDAR point cloud in mountainous reservoir areas,this paper proposes a feature point extraction method based on automatic extraction of high-precision DEM contour and human-computer interaction intervention. In this method,firstly,PTD filter and Kriging interpolate the point cloud data to construct a high-precision DEM of the reservoir area,Secondly,intersect plane and DEM to figure out the contour line of the reservoir management and protection range. lastly,use the improved Bezier function to fit the the contour line,and obtain the accurate and smooth management and protection range line. The research results of this paper have been applied in the project of Panshitou Reservoir management and protection scope demarcation in Hebi City.The quality inspection results show that the accuracy meets the requirements of reservoir demarcation specifications.
