摘要
开挖基坑周围存在管道,那么基坑的开挖是否会对管道的受力造成不良影响,是否会对地面的位移造成不良影响。对此,结合一实际基坑工程,通过数值模拟还原了基坑开挖过程,并研究了基坑对管道和地面的受力和位移的影响,研究结果表明:(1)基坑周围岩土体的水平和竖向位移均控制在工程允许的范围内,以上的位移不会对周围岩土体造成不良影响。(2)管道所受轴力分布均匀,且不超过其材料承受的极限值,说明基坑的开挖不会对管道造成不良影响。(3)基坑支护结构所受的轴力和弯矩由上至下逐渐增大,且数值均控制在工程允许的范围内。以上的研究可为类似的基坑开挖工程提供参考。
If there are pipelines around the excavation foundation pit,will the excavation of the foundation pit have an adverse impact on the stress of the pipeline and the displacement of the ground. To solve this problem,combined with an actual foundation pit project,this paper restores the excavation process of the foundation pit through numerical simulation,and studies the influence of the foundation pit on the stress and displacement of the pipeline and the ground. The research results show that:(1) the horizontal and vertical displacement of the rock and soil around the foundation pit are controlled within the allowable range of the project,and the above displacement will not have an adverse impact on the surrounding rock and soil;(2) The axial force on the pipeline is evenly distributed and does not exceed the limit value of its material,indicating that the excavation of the foundation pit will not have an adverse impact on the pipeline;(3)The axial force and bending moment of the foundation pit support structure gradually increase from top to bottom,and the values are controlled within the allowable range of the project. The above research can provide reference for similar foundation pit excavation projects.
