摘要
目前国内自来水厂存在污泥处理改造不合理的问题,导致环境污染加剧。为了满足污泥处理的需求,现研究自来水厂污泥处理改造工程方案设计及应用。首先采用石灰预处理法对自来水厂污泥进行预处理,提高其脱水性;然后采用机械脱水方式对污泥进行脱水,实现对自来水厂污泥的有效处理。最后通过实验应用证明了提出的污泥处理改造工程方案在降低污泥含水率上更占优势,能够满足对于自来水厂污泥处理的多样化需求,为自来水厂改造工程设计提供重要参考。
At present, there are unreasonable problems of sludge treatment and transformation in domestic waterworks, which lead to the aggravation of environmental pollution. In order to meet the demand of sludge treatment, the project design and application of sludge treatment transformation in waterworks are studied. Firstly, the lime pretreatment method was used to pretreat the waterworks sludge to improve its dehydration. Then the sludge is dehydrated by mechanical dehydration to achieve effective treatment of waterworks sludge. Finally, the experimental application proves that the proposed scheme is more advantageous in reducing the moisture content of sludge, which can meet the diversified needs of sludge treatment in waterworks, and provide an important reference for the design of waterworks renovation project.
