摘要
现如今,虽然我国铝产量已经处在全球前列,但电解铝生产工艺依旧相对落后,在生产实践中不仅会产生极大的能源消耗,还会造成一定程度的环境污染问题。因此,首先阐述了电解铝行业现状,其次介绍了电解铝的原理,再次分析了电解铝生产存在的技术不足,最后探讨了电解铝生产工艺的优化,以供参考。
Now, although China’s aluminum production has been in the forefront of the world, the electrolytic aluminum production process is still relatively backward, which will not only produce great energy consumption in production practice, but also cause a certain degree of environmental pollution. Therefore, the current situation of electrolytic aluminum industry is described first, then the principle of electrolytic aluminum is introduced, the technical deficiencies of electrolytic aluminum production are analyzed again, and finally the optimization of electrolytic aluminum production process is discussed for reference.
