同源盒基因A5在宫颈癌中的表达与预后的关系研究

Expression of Homeobox Gene A5in Cervical Cancer and Its Relationship with Prognosis

目的探究分析同源盒基因A5(homeobox gene A5,HOXA5)在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平与预后的关系。方法收集2018-01/2021-12月于作者医院行宫颈癌根治术患者的临床资料,所有患者均行病理活检明确诊断为宫颈癌。免疫组织化学法检测宫颈癌患者肿瘤组织中HOXA5蛋白表达,分析其表达水平与肿瘤组织学分类、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移、血管侵犯、临床分期等临床病理特点及预后的关系。结果HOXA5在宫颈癌组织中呈低表达,且宫颈癌组织及癌旁组织中HOXA5表达水平比较具有统计学差异(χ^(2)=24.320,P<0.001);宫颈癌组织中HOXA5蛋白水平与患者淋巴结转移、血管侵犯、国际妇产科联盟(international federation of gynecology and obstetrics,FIGO)分期等临床病理特点相关(P均<0.05);宫颈癌组织中HOXA5蛋白水平、淋巴结转移、血管侵犯、FIGO分期是影响患者预后不佳的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论HOXA5基因在宫颈癌组织中低表达,HOXA5表达水平、患者淋巴结转移、血管侵犯及FIGO分期与宫颈癌患者预后具有一定的相关性。

Objective To explore and analyze the expression level of homeobox gene A5(HOXA5)in cervical cancer and its relationship with prognosis.Methods The clinical data of radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer in author′s hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were collected.All patients were diagnosed with cervical cancer by pathological biopsy.The expression of HOXA5 protein in the tumor tissue of cervical cancer patients was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between its expression level and the clinicopathological features such as tumor histological classification,tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion and clinical stage was analyzed.Results The results of clinical samples showed that the expression of HOXA5 was low in cervical cancer tissues,and there was significant difference in the expression level of HOXA5 between cervical cancer tissues and adjacent tissues(χ^(2)=24.320,P<0.001);the level of HOXA5 protein in cervical cancer tissues was correlated with lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion,international federation of gynecology and obstetrics(FIGO)stage and other clinicopathological features(all P<0.05);HOXA5 protein level,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion and FIGO stage in cervical cancer were the influencing factors of poor prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion HOXA5 gene is low expressed in cervical cancer,the expression level of HOXA5,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion and FIGO stage were correlated with the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.
