Development and Characteristics of the“Mosaic War”of the U.S.Military and Its Enlightenment to Medical Support of Our Naval Warefare

目的分析美军“马赛克战”的形成背景、发展趋势和主要特点,为拓展和优化我军海战卫勤保障模式提供参考。方法通过查阅文献,总结梳理美军“马赛克战”的发展与特点,探索我军如何利用“马赛克战”的概念优势提高海上卫勤保障能力。结果美军“马赛克战”具有分布式、去中心化、自我适应性和基于网络的认知压制等特征。结论借鉴美军“马赛克战”的特点优势,提出在我军海上作战卫勤保障领域的应用构想和意见建议,达到提升勤务保障效能的目的。

Objective To analyze the background,development trend and main characteristics of the“Mosaic War”of the U.S.military,and to provide a reference for expanding and optimizing the medical support mode of our naval warfare.Methods Through literature review,this paper summarized the development and characteristics of the“Mosaic War”of the U.S.military,and explored how could our havy use the concept advantage of the“Mosaic War”to improve the marine medical support capability.Results The“Mosaic War”of the U.S.military was characterized by distribution,decentralization,self-adaptability and web-based cognitive suppression.Conclusion Drawing on the characteristics and advantages of the“Mosaic War”of the U.S.military,this paper puts forward the application ideas and suggestions in the field of medical support in our maritime operations,so as to improve the efficiency of medical support.
