着眼未来战场看中越“和平救援-2021”卫勤联合演习

Review of Sino-Vietnam“Peace Rescue 2021”Joint Medical Service Manoeuvre from the Perspective of the Future Battlefield

目的推动卫勤训练及卫勤准备向实战化迈进。方法分析中越“和平救援-2021”联合卫勤演习特点,总结演习经验,检视不足,提出对我军今后卫勤训练及卫勤准备的建议。结果此次演习是中越两军首次卫勤实兵演习,顺利完成了各项演习科目,加深了两军互信和友谊。从战场救援的角度对我军立足未来战场的卫勤训练及卫勤准备提出建议:平时卫勤训练实战化;靠前部署前线抢救专家队(forward rescue expert team,FRET);占领信息化建设的制高点;实现从灾害救援到战场救治的转变;基础硬件设施的研究与改进;建立立体化的后送体系。结论中越“和平救援-2021”首次卫勤联合实兵演习的成功举行,为中越两军的互信合作、深入交流打下了坚实的基础,也为我军着眼未来战场,瞄准世界前沿动态的卫勤训练及卫勤准备,建立适应现代战争要求的现代卫勤体系等提供了有益的参考。

Objective To promote the medical service training and preparation towards actual combat.Methods The main features and significance of the Sino-Vietnam“Peace Rescue 2021”joint medical service manoeuvre were analyzed and its deficiency and corresponding improvement approaches,along with its suggestions were proposed.Results This was the first medical service manoeuvre between the two militaries,all subjects were successfully accomplished and mutual trust and friendship were deepened.Proposals for the military medical service training and preparations,on the perspective of future battlefield were put forward:medical service training should be battlefield-oriented;forward rescue expert team(FRET)should be deployed in advana;the great importance of information should be highly valued;the transfer from scene rescue to battlefield treatment should be accomplished;the hardware infrastructures should be studied and improved;the stereoscopic evacuation systems should be established.Conclusion The successfully held of the first Sino-Vietnam“Peace Rescue 2021”joint medical service manoeuvre has laid a strong foundation for the mutual trust and cooperation and deep communication.Medical service training and preparation must be future-ballfield-oriented and the modern medical supporting systems copping with future war should be gradually established.
