摘要
河堤的防洪作用提高了河道的防洪能力和行洪量,当洪水造成河道溃堤后,其造成的危害将更大。因此,对洪水溃堤风险进行分析是非常必要的。通过收集流域水文、地形条件,建立水动力模型,分析长江干流安定街在不同洪水工况下的溃堤风险。计算结果表明,1954型300年一遇洪水淹没范围及淹没水深最大,其次为1954型洪水,1954型100年一遇洪水淹没范围最小。在后续的工作中,需要加强长江干流洪水监测、预警,及时采取应急救援方案,减少洪水暴发造成的溃堤风险。
Through the establishment of hydrodynamic model, the risk of embankment collapse in Anding street in the main stream of the Yangtze river is analyzed. The calculation results show that the inundation range of type 1954 300 year flood is the largest, followed by type 1954 flood, and the inundation range of type 1954 100 year flood is the smallest. In the work, it is necessary to strengthen flood monitoring and early warning, and take emergency rescue plans in time to reduce the risk of embankment collapse caused by flood outbreak.
