摘要 第二次世界大战以来,全球政治、经济、社会、科技经历持续重大变革,人类社会与教育面临持续严峻挑战,联合国教科文组织积极倡导和推动现代终身教育加以应对。联合国教科文组织主导下的现代终身教育,从观念上经历了从“永恒教育”到“终身教育”、从“终身教育”到“终身学习”的概念化历程,在实践上经历了从关注成人教育到全民终身教育、从终身学习到“优质、全纳、公平”的终身学习、从个体学会生存到整个人类的可持续发展等重要转变。在当前世界正发生深刻变化,面临百年未有之大变局的时代背景下,重温联合国教科文组织所倡导的现代终身教育理念及实践的发展历程,有助于人们进一步理解终身教育的历史意义和现实意义。 Since the Second World War,global politics,economy,society,and science and technology have undergone continuous and major changes.Human society and education have faced continuous severe challenges.UNESCO actively advocates and promotes modern lifelong education to respond to these changes and challenges.Modern lifelong education led by UNESCO has experienced changes from eternal education to lifelong education in perception,from lifelong education to lifelong learning in concept.In practice,it has experienced a transition from paying attention to adult education to national lifelong education,from lifelong learning to high-quality,inclusive,and fair lifelong learning,and from learning to survive as individuals to the sustainable development of all human beings.Under the background of the current world undergoing profound changes,and facing great changes unseen in a century,this study reviews the development process of the modern lifelong education concept and practice advocated by UNESCO.It will help people to further understand the historical significance of lifelong education and its realistic meaning.
