摘要
为强化三维激光扫描系统的目标描述能力,提出构建一种基于红外检测仪的三维激光扫描成像输入系统。利用红外检测仪探测物体表面温度分布,以色彩形式描述目标辐射信号;以三角测距法得到三维激光扫描仪与目标物体间全方位距离,输入至图像处理软件生成红外三维图像;通过激光信号发射单元、控制系统单元、回波信号检测单元、激光扫描单元以及三维成像输入单元,实现整体扫描输入系统的构建。实验证明:采用标准圆柱体作为扫描目标,成像输入系统得到圆柱体横截半径内外侧的偏差都保持在0.04 cm以内,倾斜度最大数值为0.168°,均处于设定范围内,证明扫描数据结果精准有效。
In order to enhance the target description ability of 3 D laser scanning system,a 3 D laser scanning imaging input system based on infrared detector is proposed.The infrared detector is used to detect the surface temperature distribution of the object,and the target radiation signal is described in color form;The omni-directional distance between the three-dimensional laser scanner and the target object is obtained by triangle ranging method,which is input to image processing software to generate infrared three-dimensional images;The whole scanning input system is constructed by laser signal transmitting unit,control system unit,echo signal detecting unit,laser scanning unit and 3 D imaging input unit.Experiments show that the standard cylinder is used as the scanning target,and the deviation between the inside and outside of the cross-sectional radius of the cylinder obtained by the imaging input system is kept within 0.04 cm,and the maximum value of inclination is 0.168°,which is within the set range,which proves that the scanning data results are accurate and effective.
