摘要
对比分析了激光裁剪技术相较于其他织物裁剪工艺的优势和局限性,研究了激光加工技术的原理、自动控制系统、不同面料的切割参数以及实验误差分析。通过实践例子和品牌产品进一步阐述激光加工技术在现代服装行业中的应用价值。以传统吉祥图案为例,从图案的创新设计、借鉴其他装饰艺术的语言形式、结合现代服装工艺和打破传统服饰面料应用形式这四个方面着手,具体研究不同激光加工工艺适用的面料类型及其相应的图案设计。
The advantages and limitations of laser cutting technology compared with other fabric cutting processes are compared and analyzed, and the principles of laser processing technology, automatic control system, cutting parameters of different fabrics and experimental error analysis are studied. The application value of laser processing technology in the modern apparel industry is further elaborated through practical examples and brand products. Taking the traditional auspicious pattern as an example, from the innovative design of the pattern, drawing on the language forms of other decorative arts, combining modern clothing technology and breaking the application form of traditional clothing fabrics, we will specifically study the types of fabrics suitable for different laser processing processes and their corresponding pattern designs.
