基于光纤F-P超声传感器的复合材料分层检测系统设计研究

摘要 碳纤维复合材料的分层缺陷对其安全性能有着严重影响。采用超声检测方法可以有效检验复合材料构件分层缺陷,通常超声信息的探测采用超声换能器,频带窄,检测精度低,无法适应嵌入式检测。针对这个问题,设计一非本征型光纤F-P干涉腔结构,研究了F-P腔的光学干涉模型,设计了F-P腔的初始腔长,建立了碳纤维复合材料分层缺陷光纤F-P超声在线检测系统,开展了分层缺陷的嵌入式检测实验研究。结果表明,设计的嵌入式检测系统能可靠用于碳纤维复合材料分层缺陷实时在线检测,具有结构简单、易操作、便于安装调试等优点,整体成本较低,具有较好工程应用价值。 The delamination defect of carbon fiber composite seriously affects its safety and reliability.The use of ultrasonic testing method can effectively check the delamination defects of composite components,usually ultrasonic information detection using ultrasonic transducer,narrow frequency band,low detection accuracy,can not adapt to embedded detection..In order to solve this problem,In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a non-intrinsic fiber F-P interference cavity structure,studies the optical interference model of the F-P cavity,designs the initial cavity length of the F-P cavity,establishes the carbon fiber composite layered defect fiber F-P ultrasonic online detection system,and carries out the embedded detection experimental research of layered defects.The results show that the designed embedded detection system can be reliably used for real-time online detection of delamination defects of carbon fiber composites,which has the advantages of simple structure,easy operation,easy installation and debugging,and has low overall cost and good engineering application value.
