井下充填料管道泵送阻力与输送参数优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为确定高峰矿高浓度尾砂块石充填料浆泵送的输送性能指标,应用两相流颗粒流动力学理论,开展了86%、84%、83%、81%和79%5种不同浓度全尾砂料浆的泵送仿真模拟。结果表明:在稳态管道流场内,适当降低浓度有助于输送流动性,但浓度较低时,效果逐渐不明显;料浆浓度为83%~84%的方案符合输送需求;废尾比方面,在满足强度的情况下,建议采用6∶4或7∶3,继续提升参数可能会出现冲蚀激增及淤堵的情况。研究成果为井下泵送充填管网设计提供了理论依据。 In order to determine the pumping performance index of high-concentration tailings slurry in Gaofeng Mine,the pumping simulation of total tailings slurry with different mass concentrations,namely 86%,84%,83%,81%,and 79%,was carried out by using two-phase particle flow mechanics theory.The results show that in the steady pipeline flow field,decreasing slurry concentration is beneficial to transportation fluidity,but when slurry concentration is low,the effect grows less obvious.In terms of the waste-to-tail ratio,6∶4 or 7∶3 is recommended when the strength is satisfied.Further improvement of parameters may lead to a surge of erosion and silting.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design of an underground pumping filling pipe network.
