“通督调神”针刺治疗智齿冠周炎的理论及应用探析

Brief Analysis of The Effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture and Moxibustion Method in The Treatment of Wisdom Itis

智齿冠周炎即第三磨牙(智齿)牙冠周围软组织发生的炎症,智齿的萌出不全或阻生是疾病产生的主要原因。本文基于“肾主骨”,“齿为骨之余”理论,探讨“督”、“神”、“骨”与齿的生理关系,并且通过现代医学研究佐证“通督调神”疗法能有效地防治该病,并探索新的理论方法。

Pericoronitis of wisdom teeth is inflammation of the soft tissue around the crown of the third molars(wisdom teeth).Incomplete or impacted wisdom teeth are the main causes of the disease.In this paper,based on the theory of "kidney main bone" and "tooth is the rest of the bone",the physiological relationship between "Du", "Shen", "bone" and tooth is discussed,and the modern medical research proves that "Tongdu Tiaoshen" therapy can effectively prevent and cure the disease,and explore new theoretical methods.
